My experience trying the product:

Upon opening the box... I was greeted with 30 individual sachets of AFC Cho Beauty.

Each sachet contains 4.5g of product. ( I really like the idea that the product comes in these handy individual sachets which is so convenient and easy to consume!)

There are 2 ways to consume Cho Beauty. I will be showing you the "Mix with Water" method...  Just need a glass of water (150-200ml), a spoon and of course a sachet of Cho Beauty..

^When I added a sachet of Cho Beauty into a glass of water (at room temperature) ..

After stirring the powder well in water, I got a glass of Cho Beauty drink... Although it is stated as grapefruit flavour, I find that it tasted more like orange to me.. The above Cho Beauty drink tasted like a diluted orange drink, the taste is still acceptable to me though. (of course, you can add the sachet of Cho Beauty into your fruit juice or honey water according to your preference)

Ok, I mentioned that there are 2 ways to consume Cho Beauty. I also tried another method, that is by pouring the powder of sachet slowly directly into my mouth and following by drinking water. I have to say consuming Cho Beauty this way gives a different taste as compared to diluting it in a glass of plain water. While the latter gives a diluted orange taste, the former gives a stronger sweet-sour orange taste. 

(One word of caution, please do not pour the whole sachet directly into your mouth in one shot.. sure will choke, do it in small mouthful, drink water in between and enjoy the nice orangish after-taste!)

I alternate between these 2 methods depending on my mood/situation. If I see any bottle of water around me during the time I want to consume Cho Beauty, I will just use the "pour into my mouth" method ..faster and I do not have to use a cup.

For the past 2 weeks, I have been taking 2 sachets everyday. 1 sachet in the morning and 1 sachet at night, on an empty stomach, and I do experience smoother bowel movement. I used to go to toilet once a week, but now my constipation problem has greatly improved, and I now find myself experiencing very smooth defecation on almost every alternate day.  Plus NO diarrhoea effect!


My digestive system has improved and my stomach is not so bloated as before. My big tummy is still present but its now slightly flatter, I guess regular defecation helps! One of my main concerns is to improve my current problematic complexion, and I am happy that Cho Beauty has helped prevent new acne outbreaks. My pimples are now in the healing process.

Now let me show you more about the product and tell you how it is like....

AFC Green Beauty comes in individual sachets (30 sachets in each box), very convenient and handy to carry a few sachets in our bags. We can prepare a beauty drink anytime anywhere.

It is mentioned that Green Beauty dissolves easily in hot or cold water .. I shall put that to test..normally powder do not dissolve well in cold water, no matter how well you stir the mixture..

When I poured cold water into my glass, I think most of the powder had already dissolved. I just merely stirred the mixture for 2-3 seconds..Green Beauty powder just dissolves that easily in cold water without any clumps floating .. and there is no residue of the powder at the base of the glass.. Amazing! 

What do you think this beauty juice will taste like by looking at these pictures? Green Tea taste? Not really a green tea! I drink green tea almost everyday but this does not taste like any green tea.. A hard to describe taste actually..It can be tasteless at one sip, but taste sweet at my next sip.. The brush head in the middle (green bristles) is called Periodontal Ultra.

It is Super Gentle, Ultra Compact with better reach..

Personally I find that Periodontal Ultra is quite similar to Minus Ion, except that the latter has a bigger brush head. Periodontal Ultra is recommended for people with sensitive teeth.

Personally I find it a bit difficult to use as the space between my teeth is very tight. Think braces wearers will be able to appreciate this mini brush more than I do. About The Packaging/Product:

^Each bottle is wrapped in a vacuum sealed plastic wrapper. Here is how the tablets look like in the bottle. A small packet of silica gel is also found in the bottle. ( Silica gel helps to absorb moisture so products can be preserved longer)

^ Light yellow dots are spotted on the milky-white coloured tablets which are around the size of saga seeds.

^The diameter of each tablet is approximately 9mm. They are certainly not as big as Panadol.


My Experience After Taking AFC Gold CoQ10 Slim + Beauty:

I have been taking 8 tablets daily for the past 2 weeks or so. - 4 tablets in the morning after my breakfast and 4 tablets in the evening after my dinner. Yes, I have to swallow 4 small tablets each time after meal. I think it will be perfect if I just need to take 2 (1 +1 )tablets daily, instead of swallowing 8 (4+4) tablets in a day.


I do not find that it helps me to achieve a toned figure yet though. ( I am tooOOoo Fat and I doubt that taking a few pills in such a short time frame will work any miracle on me as I believe I still need to control my diet/calories intake and exercise regularly) I am missing my AFC Chef’s Diet Risotto meal.

However, I do find that it helps to increase my energy levels, I do feel more energetic at the end of the day. Normally I will need to drink a few cups of tea to keep myself awake, but after starting taking Gold CoQ10 Slim + Beauty, I no longer feel lethargic in the day, seriously!


This product also works to brighten my complexion and lighten my acne scar marks by a bit.. and I hope to notice a even better complexion after I finished my whole bottle.

I had tried this AFC Tobashi Slimming Tea for a couple of weeks and I am here to share my experience...


So what is it?

About The Packaging:

^Once I opened the box, I found this sealed aluminium packet.

^Inside the packet, there are 30 individual packets of tea bags.  ( If it comes in a zip-lock packet, I think it will be more convenient to seal the packet after each use.)

^Unlike Lipton tea bag, each AFC Tobashi Slimming Tea does not come with an attached string. So just put the whole tea bag into a cup of boiling water and let it infuse for 1-2 minutes before drinking.


My experience trying the product:

For my very first cup of AFC Tobashi Slimming Tea, I added one tea bag to a small cup of approximately 200ml of boiling wtaer and it tasted quite strong.. No wonder the instructions indicated using 300-400ml of boiling water. So I added in more water and it taste so much nicer.

It tastes more like Chinese herb tea with a nice aromatic after taste. For tea lover like me, I do find the taste pleasant like drinking Oolong tea. I had tried other brand of Herbal slimming tea which I will end up having diarrhoea effect on the following day. However, I did not experience any stomach pain on the following day after I consumed this slimming tea though. Great as I hate having to go through the super stomach pain experience for defecation  . It helps to induce regular bowel movement instead, and I find myself experiencing defecation once every alternate day when I drink AFC Tobashi Slimming Tea daily. (What a big improvement for me as I have constipation all along.)

Thanks to the diuretic properties in Adlay Seed and Candle Bush, they help to reduce water retention, making my stomach less bloated after heavy meals.
