The next thing that Tracy recommended was to go soon – another big mistake that people make is that they leave it too late to start treatment. Hair loss IS treatable, and CAN be prevented – but don’t wait until the last minute. It is always easier to stop the hairloss, than to grow it back.

One thing that Tracy was quite insistent about was the smell. She shared that her customers have been to “the other” hair loss places, and they complain about the strong smell. I do like this eye serum as it comes in a fuss-free squeeze tube which makes dispensing the product a breeze. The texture is more towards a gel form which is easily absorb into skin without any greasy feel, leaving eye area smooth. Not much improvement to my horrendous dark circles but I find it leave my eye area moisturised and the fine lines under my eyes look less obvious these days. No skin allergy or irritations during this period of use. Certainly one of the better eye gels I have used...however, this eye serum does not have a nice scent but this does not bother me at all because the scent does not linger after application.

Ace Renewal & Repairing Mask

After I unfolded the sheet mask, I threw away a white plastic layer and immediately place the mask onto my face. The first thought that came to my mind was.. " How come this blue-colored mask is so thick because I never used such a thick sheet mask before?" Feeling something amissed, I quickly checked the directions of use, and realised I had to peel off the blue layer ..Dang! and within seconds, a thin cotton sheet mask adhered comfortably onto my skin..I do not experience any messy dripping of any excess essence when walking around and taking the pictures. Just 20 minutes later, my skin felt instantly hydrated and brightened.. No need to wash skin after removing the mask, so I just pat in the remaining essence follow with a moisturiser to lock in the moisture. Definitely a fast and effective masking treatment to pamper our skin after a tiring day!

Ace Pore Concealing & Revitalizing Base Gel

What an interesting name for this product! This white gel is really light and melt effortlessly into skin upon application. It is non greasy, unscented and blend easily onto skin. Although I cannot say it help to conceal pores 100%, I would say it does certainly help to conceal my pores and fine lines by around 70-80%... amazing ya! Besides concealing pores, it can also be used as a makeup base, to create a smooth canvas for foundation making base make up to last longer. Definitely worth trying! And just a wee bit of product goes a long way!

Before the start of the treatment, the friendly and knowledgeable consultant performed a detailed hair and scalp analysis to diagnose the root of my hair and scalp problem, and recommended the appropriate treatments that were suitable for my hair problem.

My oily scalp and clogged follicles are the main culprits of my hair loss problem and the consultant explained that it was due to my underlying sebaceous glands producing excess sebum, most probably a result of hormonal changes, heredity or stress etc.  One simple remedy is to cleanse my scalp, and nourish my hair follicles and scalp through Trichokare’s hair treatment that uses only natural premium European herbs like Rosemary, Lavender, Nettles, Jojoba , Aloe Vera , Burdock, Horsetail, Sage and Leopard’s Bane that are trusted by European herbalists for centuries.

This is where I was seated during the treatment, a cozy area with nice and soothing music. I was served by a friendly Hair Specialist named Yvonne, who started off by asking how was my day and introducing herself, a good way to interact with customers and made them feel welcomed.

The first step of the treatment was to cleanse my scalp and hair. I was led to the hair-washing area and the first thing Yvonne did was to cover my body with a big  thick towel ,because it was indeed pretty cold there. Feeling all relaxed and comfortable, Yvonne started to shampoo my hair and scalp with a minty shampoo, I can still remember how COLD my scalp felt even until now. You see the temperature of the outlet was pretty low, plus the shampoo-ing gave a very cooling and minty effect on my scalp. In short, it was VERY COLD then, BUT I was enjoying every moment of it because the massage done on my scalp felt AMAZINGLY SOOTHING & RELAXING.  After she rinsed the shampoo, I thought she would proceed to condition my hair, but I was wrong, she continued to pamper me with second round of shampoo-ing  and massaging, and told me that double cleansing will ensure that the scalp will be thoroughly cleansed. How NICE!

Then I went back to my seat where Yvonne continued with the next step of the treatment in which she massaged a mask called Energizing Serum onto my scalp. It felt more like a shampoo to me, because there was foam seen as she massaged the serum onto my scalp.. but it’s a form of hair mask to nourish my hair scalp and follicles. That massage went on for a good 10 minutes or so, before Yvonne rinsed off the hair mask and blow dry my hair.

I was pretty surprised when Yvonne placed this warm bean bag/cushion-like thingy over my shoulder and gave me a relaxing shoulder massage. The constant heat produced from the cushion certainly gave me much warmth during the treatment!

Yvonne also treated my hair with some hair oil to nourish my hair ends, before giving my scalp and hair an Infrared light therapy, to kill any bacteria on scalp and to penetrate the products onto my scalp.

Yes, Smooth and silky hair at the end of the whole treatment, but mostly importantly is there any improvements on my greasy scalp? Pictures of my scalp were taken again after my hair treatment…

I was delighted that I was able to see improvements on my scalp condition in just one session – my scalp was much cleaner, not so oily and my hair follicles were  opened  (the way healthy hair follicles should look like).  I certainly enjoyed my relaxing hair treatment session and was pampered by the friendly and professional Hair Specialists.

I love the sweet apple scent of the serum. It is lightweight in texture and absorbs instantly into skin, making my skin feel really smooth and brighter right after application. I had only used the product for less than a week so its too early to see any obvious results. However, one thing I noticed is these days my makeup is more lasting as it does not oxidise that much. I am impressed with it!
