Celebrating my mum's birthday at Togi Korean Restaurant.

The starters or the side dishes given to us.. the ikan billis and kimchi not bad.. these are refillable...

This plate is fried rice cake with ramen.. and also included others ingredients like fish cake, half an egg, 3 dumplings, onion.. it is full of flavours but too spicy.. however, the rice cake is really nice, chewy chewy... the staff was telling us it tastes like our chinese "nian gao" but i think this tastes better... ( for those who cannot take spicy stuffs, maybe can request less spicy)

My brother's girlfriend had this and I tasted a spoonful.. the ramen is chewy too and the soup is ok..not very spicy type.. compared to the fried rice cake with ramen.

Fried Potatoes cake and fried dumplings.. they are just ok, nothing special, the black sauce is not vinegar though, it taste like soy sauce. ( At first, I thought its vinegar for dipping our dumplings!).. the potatoes cakes dont taste like potatoes, chewy potatoes.. think I still prefer their fried rice cake...

We also had 2 bowls of Bi Bim Baps ( chicken and beef) but I did not have a chance to take pictures because 2 staffs were helping us to mix the sauce into the rice..... their bi bim baps also quite nice and full of ingredients..

Overall, we had a good meal... although it opened at 6pm, when we were there around 6.15pm, there were already some customers (maybe 3 others tables).. and by the time we left around 7pm++, its already full house.. The business is really very good.. because that stretch of shophouses seem quiet, i think only Togi's business is good... As soon as we left, the next batch of customers who are waiting outside for seats, immediately took over our table.. that is how packed the restaurant is..

Ok, service and food is good! And did I mention its also priced reasonably.. Our bill came to around $60 for the 4 of us.

This restaurant is worth to try! ( maybe have to be there early, or else when others start to have bbq, the place may be filled with bbq smell and pollute our hair/clothes... we were there early and the people around us did not order bbq until later batches of customers...or else I think I will have stinky hair when I leave the place...)
