Audace Regan Hair Reactive and Hair Fall Control Shampoo

Do you have any hair fall concern? I have... think because I am getting older so hair tends to drop more than often.. In the past, I used Bawang anti-hair fall shampoo (the Jackie's Chan endorsed shampoo), and although it worked, it made my hair ends very dry.

A few months back, I bought a bottle of Audace Regan Hair Reactive and Hair Fall Control Shampoo to try, and like it, not only does it smell nice, it does not dry out my hair.. I am into my 3rd bottle and I even bought back up for them since it is quite a small bottle (200ml)

This shampoo comes in 2 formulas, the blue one (normal) which contains conditioner and the green one (extra) which contains balm mint.. I had used 2 bottles of the normal Regan shampoo with conditioner (blue) and is satisfied with the result, lesser strands of hair drop as compared to not using anti-hair loss shampoo... then recently I bought the extra Regan shampoo with balm mint (green) to try, wanting to see if there is any difference.. Not much difference though, but I prefer the normal one which makes my hair softer since it contains conditioner.. I do follow up with a conditioner or mask after shampoo-ing.

Guess where this product is manufactured? Malaysia! (Our neighbouring country)

The Regan normal shampoo cost $9.50 ( if buy from Pink Beauty or Chinatown Shops) and the extra shampoo cost a few dollars more ( cannot remember the exact price).

Anyone of you also encountered hair fall problems like I do? Any other recommendations you have for anti-hair loss concerns?

Hi Sharon, Thanks for your post. Straight to a question: Why I saw there is Audace with and without the word "Regan"? Those sales ladies 99% know nothing. wish u many luck! Cheers!

Hi,

All the products come with Audace (brand) and Regan (product range)

its not a well-known brand, but it can be easily found at Unity Pharmacy inside NTUC, Watsons, Guardian, CK, Chinatown shops etc..

Think if you show them a picture of the shampoo, they will know what product you are referring to..

Thanks for leaving me a comment..('',)

Cheers,
Sharon

Hi Sharon, thks 4 your reply. Any idea if there is an Audace company website which elaborate more on the product range? Seems can't find it. If no, do u know the differences of product range:- 1)Audace, 2)Audace Regan 3)Audace Regan Extra 4) ?other,..etc. Meaning how do one choose ? If not sure which one best to start with? Sorry, many doubts but pls share if u know. Cheers!

Hi,

Actually Audace is the brand ...

All my shampoos got indicate Audace Regan ..not sure why you said some got Regan and some don't have..

I had tried both the shampoos since there are 2 formulas, the blue one (normal) which contains conditioner and the green one (extra) which contains balm mint..Personally there is not much difference, the extra one is abit minty but personally I prefer the normal one which makes my hair softer since it contains conditioner..

Both really not much difference in my opinion..just that the extra one cost a few bucks more..

So sorry, I cannot find Audace website.. maybe you would like to contact the sole agent in Singapore which is "Singapore Ellard(S) Pte Ltd" Saw this from the box packaging..

and I googled and saw their contact:

Ellard (Singapore) Pte Ltd
GOLDLION BUILDING,
Aljunied,
#05-01 ,
Singapore 368329

Tel: 62854566

You can give them a call for more information..

Hope this helps..

Cheers,
Sharon

Hi Sharon, it is true there is Audace Extra (without the word "Regan")for both shampoo (green) and tonic (blue). You can try to check it out at Watson. Like you said i think with Regan contains balm mint. All other descriptions from these boxes seems to be the same. Cheers!

Hi,

I finally get what you mean when I popped my the unity pharmacy earlier.. I saw another type of audace shampoo n tonic( in different packaging) they don't have regan on the slimmer n taller box..

Thought you refer to the ones I have (as shown in my picture) which is fatte box.. They all have audace Regan.. ( my apologies for that...

Actually now then I know got 2 types.. But I don't know what are the differences...

Hi Sharon,
I thought Regan is German product(?)
1.After using Regan hair reactive and hair fall control shampoo, did you notice that your hair stop from falling?
2. Did you notice that your hair starts to grow ?

Honestly, i'm a bit skeptical about all hair fall shampoo after all this time... but i'm keeping trying to find way to save my head though. I'm 33 years old man :) Thanks your info.

Sharon said...

Hi,

On the packaging, its mentioned that Regan is a German Formula, so its a German Product?? I am not very sure.

However, after using it did not stop my hair from falling, my hair still fall, but lesser number of strands.. As in not so much as compared to before using. ( Still drop, but lesser)

I did not notice that my hair start to grow.. still the same.. cause my hair is really long, cannot notice is its growing though.

Maybe you can try hair tonic.. it should be more effective than hair fall shampoo.. since hair tonic will touch the scalp but me not very sure which one is good..

Regan hair fall control shampoo just reduce the number of hair strands from falling.

Hope it helps..

Have a great week ahead!

Cheers,
Sharon

wow, is it true? I am about to buy that product. Thanks for your information. ;)

Sharon said...

Hi fiqa,

Thanks for dropping by..

As mentioned, it works for my hair.. I am seeing a reduce number of hair strands falling off.. But my hair still drop.. just drop lesser than before use..

You can try try, if it does not work.. then treat it as a normal shampoo.. The blue one works pretty good, and include conditioner which makes hair softer.

But dont come after me if it does not work for you, cause we got different hair type though..haha

Hi Sharon,

I think I used the thinner and taller packaging one but my hair became so dry after that. I'm trying the tonic though. Maybe I'll try the fatter packaging. Thanks.

Sharon said...

Hi,

Thanks for giving me your feedback on the product you used.

The one that I am using is the fatter one. - Audace Regan Hair Reactive and Hair Fall Control Shampoo ( blue wordings, which is the one with conditioner)

Personally I find that it helps to soften my hair, my hair did not become dry.. I have not tried the slimmer packaging before so I cannot compared.

Hope you will find a hair-loss shampoo that will work for you without leaving your hair dry.

Have a great year ahead!

Cheers,
Sharon

Hi Sharon,
I saw the ingredients with SLS. I thought SLS is harmful for the scalp? And also 2 in 1 shampoo is also not good. BTW, did you buy the tonic?
Thanks.

Sharon said...

Hi Serena

Actually I know SLS is not good ..but it seem that most shampoo and shower foam also have SLS in them.. it is a pretty common ingredient to create foams.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_lauryl_sulfate

Ya, I know that 2 in 1 product are not good ..but then this product seem to work for me so I am still using as my hair is softer and smoother after use.

I did not buy the tonic, I just use the shampoo.

Maybe you would like to try out other brands without SLS if that is your concern. Maybe you can check out Watsons, John Little, Robinsons etc for hair brands specialised in hair loss.

Cheers,
Sharon

Sharon said...

Hi,

Did you buy the one with conditioner? Normally when I use, I dont find my hair becoming dry (of course I also follow with a conditioner/hair mask after I shampoo my hair).. so far I have yet to try with the tonic..

But you will like the Regan shampoo as much as I like though, and hope it work for you too.

I'm going to get it too. My sis is using shampoo and tonic, said both are good. I have tried many other products that come with the ampoules, find not effective and a bit hassle having to break the bottle. Am researching online to know more on this Audace, and found this site. Thanks, will go buy and try.

Hi,

You are most welcome.. Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment.. Hope you enjoy using Audace Shampoo as much as I do..

I am now using Himalaya Herbal shampoo (which can be purchased during Robinson or John Little expo sale for about $6 per 400ml), it contains no SLS and does not have funny smell, after wash and conditioning, I'll use Lozione Acqua Rigeneratrice for tonic purpose. In just one usage, my hair fall during the next wash was reduced by more than half, and the daily hair fall almost stopped completely, I cannot express how amazed I am by the products. I think all people facing hair thinning problem should give these 2 products a go. They are definitely the best combination I had tried out so far. The Lazione hair tonic can be purchased from the beauty salon call Spa Lon.

Sharon said...

Hi Huey,

Thanks for your recommendation. Yes, recently I have purchased Himalaya Anti hair fall shampoo (and also its protein shampoo and conditioner),I bought the special packaging, 700ml ones for only $9.90..worth buying.. Shall give the Spa Lon's Lozione Acqua Rigeneratrice hair tonic a try if I have a chance ya..

Have a lovely year ahead!
