The Creation At Shaw Tower

I have been to Creation Cafe a couple of times, and this is the place that will first come to my mind when I want to eat pasta, I mean nice and delicious pasta without burning a hole in our pockets. 

Located near the side entrance of Shaw Towers, this cafe is easily accessible... Most of times, it is always crowded, so maybe have to go early for your lunch or dinner..

This is the menu.. Just 2 pages.. but I wish their menu come with some photographs, at least I roughly know how it will look like... whether it will be white, tomato, creamy, dry ...

Normally I would go for the dinner set meal, because top up a few dollars more can get a soup, drink and a dessert... ( If you are nearby can try their lunch set meal, only $9.90 without the dessert)

They serve different soup of the day.. like mushroom, carrot etc.. Above picture shows cauliflower soup..if you order the hot drink like Earl Grey tea, they use Twinings of London tea bags.. You can also choose Coke, Diet Coke etc.. 

Both of us just had wanted to eat the same type of pasta so ended up choosing fusilli, of course they serve other types of pasta such as spaghetti, linguine..

Alfredo is a white creamy based sauce, while Aglio ( its dry) but they are nice.. maybe you can let the friendly staff know your preference, ( whether you prefer cream-based, tomato-based, spicy or sweet) and let them make recommendation to you.. 

Its apple crumble was nice too but it was not available when we went.. so we chose tiramisu, but it failed to impress me.. Oh and about the main course (pasta),  both were nice! The brownie is nice, served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, when you take the warm brownie with some ice cream, and put them in your mouth = warm + cold = nice!

For 2 dinner set meals, we paid only $30.40.. ( Yes, There is NO 10% service charge, and NO GST!)  That is 1 thing I like about dining at Creation Cafe. ( Nice food, cheap prices, easily accessible) Ya, Shaw Towers should be the cheapest sheltered carpark that I know of, in Bugis area - only $2 per entry after 1pm on weekends..
