Met Up With Agnes last friday (24th July 09) at Orchard and after walking from Ion to Taka and back to Ion, we finally made up our mind and went into TONKATSU GINZA BAIRIN located at Ion.. cannot remember which level.. ( actually another restaurant caught our eyes, its a Japanese shop selling ramen but the Queue for that was ridiculous, it was like 30++ customers queuing outside the shop to eat its ramen.. )
Anyway the food at Tonkatsu Ginza Bairin was not bad.. I had deep fried salmon whereas Agnes had deep fried Unagi...
I did not take a picture of the rice.. but I like how the rice was all shiny shiny and nice..
The food was not bad.. maybe it will be better if they can include a cup of hot green tea in the set... The price is nett so dont have to pay those extra charges.. mine salmon set cost $12.50.( not too bad for the price at that location I find)
